By accessing the GameSquad website or connecting to any GameSquad game server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who Can Use GameSquad

Our services are open to anyone with a valid Steam account. By logging in, you confirm that you own the Steam account you use and that you are authorised to use it.

3. Accounts

• Your identity on GameSquad is tied to your Steam account. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
• Sharing accounts or using multiple accounts to evade bans is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Community Rules

All users on our servers and platform must:

• Treat other players and staff with respect — harassment, hate speech, and targeted abuse will result in a ban
• Not use cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorised mods on our game servers
• Not attempt to disrupt or attack our services or infrastructure
• Not impersonate administrators, staff, or other players
• Not advertise competing services or Discord servers without permission

Administrators have the final say on all rule interpretations.

5. In-Game Currency (Coins)

• Coins are virtual in-game currency with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Coins are granted through Patreon support as a thank-you for community contributions.
• We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove coin balances for technical or fairness reasons.
• Coins are tied to your account and are non-transferable.

6. Patreon Supporter Perks

Patreon supporters receive in-game perks as a community reward. These perks are not "purchases" of goods or services — they are voluntary contributions to the community. We reserve the right to change, adjust, or discontinue any perk with reasonable notice.

7. Content

Any content you provide (e.g. news comments, profile information) must not violate applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GameSquad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our servers may go offline for maintenance, hardware issues, or other reasons. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress, items, or data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be announced on our Discord server.
